I take great pride in my work and all devices are checked thoroughly before shipping. Guarantee lengths vary between devices, but all apply in similar ways.
If any mechanical or electronic failure occurs within the specified period, BugBrand will repair the fault free of charge. This excludes failure from maltreatment or modification and any cosmetic degredation. Contact should first be made with BugBrand to discuss the problem. Shipping to return the device to BugBrand is paid by the user and the return shipping is paid by BugBrand.
Failures that are not covered by this warranty may still be fixed at a standard rate.
I am happy to accept returns of items (excluding PostcardWeevils) within a period of 21 days. A charge of 25% of the sale value plus all shipping charges will be applied to any returns. Items must be returned undamaged to qualify. Please get in contact for further details.
